Refund policy

Due to the personal-use nature of fragrance products and our commitment to product quality and integrity, all sales from Virgin Islands Perfumery are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged, Leaking, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want every order to arrive as intended. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or leaking, contains a defective product, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging when possible. We will review the issue and, when appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Fragrance Preferences

Fragrance is highly personal, and scent perception and performance can vary from person to person. We cannot provide refunds or exchanges based on fragrance preference, including dissatisfaction with a scent after purchase. We encourage customers who are exploring unfamiliar fragrances to consider smaller sizes or authentic fragrance decants when available before purchasing a larger size.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order has been prepared for fulfillment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
