Shipping Policy
Virgin Islands Perfumery currently ships within the United States. We take care in preparing and packaging each fragrance order for shipment.
Shipping Rates
Standard Ground Shipping is $10.
We offer free Standard Ground Shipping on orders of $75 or more after discounts and before applicable taxes.
Processing
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days after an order is placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, product launches, special promotions, or events, processing may take slightly longer. If a significant delay affects your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.
Fragrance Shipping
Because many fragrance products contain alcohol, certain products are subject to carrier requirements governing the transportation of fragrance. Orders containing these products will be shipped using an appropriate ground transportation service. This may affect which shipping services are available for your order.
Delivery
Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier operations, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control. Any delivery estimates provided by a carrier are estimates and are not guaranteed by Virgin Islands Perfumery.
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the product and packaging when possible.
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, or if a shipment appears significantly delayed, please contact us so we can help review the available tracking information and determine appropriate next steps.
Order Changes
If you need to correct a shipping address or make another change to your order, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
